Call to Arms! Protest Psychiatry’s Push to Electroshock Our Children

I am asking each and everyone of you to please go to Atlanta, Georgia May 14th.  We must save our future leaders. Our children are no longer able to be children. They must run, play and create in all they do!!

Dear Human Rights Advocate,

8 million children in the U.S. are prescribed dangerous psychiatric drugs as “treatment,” simply because psychiatry has redefined childhood as a “mental disorder.” With growing public awareness of the harm and inefficacy of these drugs as “treatment,” psychiatry now wants to use electroshock on children when their drugs don’t work.

The American Psychiatric Association is, right now, pushing the FDA to allow them to shock our kids.

We cannot allow this to happen.

Join Us- Help save our kids. March with us to protest their annual convention in downtown Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Meet up at 10:30 am at the north end of Woodruff Park

Peachtree St NW & Auburn Ave NE

Atlanta, GA 30303

The march concludes with the grand opening of a new exhibit exposing the history of psychiatry’s “treatments,” including the harm to children and the promotion of racism.

Belgium Court Hands Down Landmark Victory for Scientology

“Justice prevailed again for Scientologists today,” said Rev. Eric Roux, Church spokesman in Belgium. “This is a very good day for justice and human rights in Belgium, and a relief for Belgian Scientologists unduly prosecuted for two decades. The Court put an end to 18 years of prejudice against the Church of Scientology and its members and strongly stated that Scientology should not be treated differently than other religions. With this decision, the Belgian judge expressed that any discrimination by the prosecutor’s office based on religious grounds cannot be tolerated in a state that abides by the rule of law.”

“Tom Cruise… The side you don ’t know” By Steve Wolf

Tom Cruise… The side you don’t know

By Steve Wolf

For many, “Tom Cruise” invokes ideas concerning his faith or marriages. People care because he’s famous. But why is he famous? What makes him great at his craft? There’s a side of Tom you don’t know if you haven’t worked with him.

I worked with Tom on a movie called “The Firm.” He led a cast that included Gene Hackman, Hal Holbrook and Holly Hunter, and I was special effects coordinator. We spoke often and I got to watch him work. What I saw was life-changing. Continue reading

Bono on How To Bring About Peace in the World

I read this in the NY Times on Sunday 6th of December – Bono (U2) was getting an interview about Paris and at the end of the article he said the following:

When you get bleak about things and think, Gosh, is there an end to this? Yeah, there is, it just takes lots of work, lots of time.  I was never a hippie – I’m punk rock, really.  I was never into:  ‘Let’s hold hands, and peace will come just because we’ll dream it into the world’.  No.  Peace is the opposite of dreaming. It’s built slowly and surely through brutal compromises and tiny victories that you don’t even see.  It’s a messy business, bringing peace into the world. But it can be done, I’m sure of that.”
