The fifth such model center to open in the past two months, follows the dedication of the Continental Narconon of Europe on the idyllic Lake Arresø in Denmark September 5; the model Narconon United Kingdom on a country estate in East Sussex September 5; the Continental Narconon for Latin America on a hacienda in Villa Victoria, Mexico,September 12; and a Narconon to serve artists and leaders of society atop a mountain in Ojai, California, September 13.

Four new Narconon drug rehabilitation centers opened around the world during a period of unparalleled growth delivering the pioneering program based on the discoveries and writings of Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard.
The European Narconon rehabilitation center opening in Denmark was followed by a Continental Narconon rehabilitation in East Sussex, United Kingdom.
The Continental Narconon Latin America in Mexico, established to serve the 21 nations of Latin America, and a Narconon facility atop the mountains of Ojai in Southern California, specifically dedicated to provide drug rehabilitation services to artists and leaders in society.
The latest IAS sponsored Ideal Org of Tokyo had its Grand Opening just weeks ago. In recognition of Tokyo’s long dedication to working with Church-sponsored humanitarian programs and its legacy, and in honor of the historic impact of Scientology in the Asian nation, dignitaries from up and down the islands were on hand to personally welcome the Ideal Org’s celebrated launch. Massimo Introvigne has been researching new religious movements for the last 35 years. In the context of modern religions, the Church of Scientology is one of the most important. He has followed the activities of the Church for 25 or 30 years, and helped publish a 100page book on the Church by the American scholar Gordon Melton [The Church of Scientology (Studies in Contemporary Religions, series volume 1), Signature Books, 2000]. He was the general editor. He also participated in conferences about Scientology; the last was one year ago in Antwerp, Belgium.

I am so proud to be a member of the Church of Scientology. I must say I am excited and honored when I read this article and see what we bring to the City of Clearwater and the Tampa Bay Area. We all see the need to help our fellow man around us and I invite everyone to come in and take a look and see how we can all work together. We all have to wake up and really take a look at the fact that labor trafficking is not just happening in other places we don’t live – it is in our own backyard. We have these underground criminals that are all around us. Unless we ban together and really make some noise, we will not be able to bring the law down on this criminal activity fast enough.
Let’s take action – if you live in Clearwater or the Tampa Bay area, come and take a look at the New Human Rights building that has just opened in downtown Clearwater by the Church of Scientology. You can connect with people who are taking action. Your help is needed too. It is a gigantic job to get done and we all need to ban together!!!

In 1949 the International Declaration of Human Rights was put into law by the United Nations. Now, slavery is at a all time high worldwide. When I read the below article from Freedom Magazine, I again was in disbelief at how our young children and women are being treated. We all must stand up and flight against this horrendous situation as it effects each and everyone of us. Do not think for a moment that it is only occurring in far off places – it is in our own backyards.
I am very proud of the opening of the First New Ideal Organization in all of South America – Bogota.
I have worked on this project with members of the International Association of Scientologist (IAS) from around the world. Together we brought hope to a country of such beautiful people. The speeches of each of the individuals from this opening really tell the story. Please take a moment and read each one. Together we are bringing hope to this beautiful city and country!!

I have been going to the Maiden Voyage since 1988. This week is one of my favorite events I attend in Scientology. I meet old and new friends from all over the world. This group is very special as each one of us is working in their own area bringing about a better world. We are not only building these New Ideal Organizations but we are also helping with our International Social Betterment and Humanitarian Programs to bring about calm and peace in each area.
